The hotel was clean, friendly, and in a good location within easy walking distance of tourist areas. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was well presented. The staff was kind and efficient in addressing any issues. The room was spacious and spotless, with a large bathroom. The hotel was surprisingly quiet at night.

Helpful staff. 24/7 coffee and tea included. Great location near Wawel Castle and old town. Slightly noisy area but pleasant view of old church. Chic and intimate lobby. Clear map provided. Convenient parking nearby. Good breakfast. Satisfied with double room. Clean bathroom. Unique decor. Excellent location for Jewish neighborhood, castle, and congress center. Secession style decoration. Friendly staff and reliable airport transfer.
